You may cancel your pre-order and request a full refund any time prior to your order shipping.  Also, In the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with your Bead Barrettes, simply return them within 30 days of the date shipped,  and we will gladly issue a full refund for the purchase price.  The Bead Barrette does not offer refunds or reimbursements for shipping costs.  To begin the return process, email us at BeadBarretteInfo@gmail.com
